In Florida, because she has a child, she cannot be evicted and the owner will be required to keep the utilities paid. He may not be allowed to enter the house if the woman gets a restraining order against him. One should not allow a woman who has a child into the house if one doesn’t know that she has a place to live.

Had that happen to me in Calif. Hired a lady to clean the house while we were on vacation. She decided to move in. Took 2 months and $4000 to get her out
