Now that’s odd, because I’ve had years of insomnia and only recently this past week have actually been sleeping at normal times and getting a full night’s sleep.
It’s a relief to have a more normal schedule for a change. I am going to enjoy it while it lasts - rarely does for longer than a couple of weeks.
Dr. says I have a rhythm syndrome that throws everything off-so my body doesn’t track on a 24 hr. time schedule.
My problem I guess is that I’ve always run on a hair trigger at night, particularly with kids in the house but also if odd stuff (wildfires, bad weather or maybe just bad mojo) has got my OCD self wired up more than usual.
I think I’ll chalk this up to mojo, good/bad TBD.
