Why are you so certain NSA doesn't have active teams?
As I said earlier, I have a first-hand witness (friend and former business partner who was sniper in Laos for C_A) who says they do.
Admittedly, that is not proof. He could have been lying (now deceased). But what is your source? Official pronouncements? Movies?
BTW, I am not suggesting the NSA sweepers would take out normal U.S. civilians, no matter how corrupt.
I do believe, however, that THIS IS AN INTELLIGENCE WAR. Hence, many of the "combatants" fit the definition of rogue agents subject to removal.

If so, then I’d say that John Brennen is overdue for removal. That’s the one I’d start with. The witch-HRC-I want to see her humiliated and found guilty guilty guilty.
