Just broke on Twitter, Chicago PD Anthony Guglielmi announced Smollett was in custody as of around 5:30 am CST. Watch for a press conference at 9:00 am followed by first court appearance.

The SCOTUS will undoubtedly rule, 5-4, that black or Hispanic homosexuals are not subject to prosecution for any acts performed with the intent to incite the public against conservatives.

These people cause hate crimes; I don’t see how a juror of any race sympathizes with him. He makes matters worse for blacks AND whites; nobody but a small group of radical blactivists supports him.

Even if a jury doesn’t reach a verdict the fraud will still be exposed to the world.
We all knew it was fake from the beginning, now the rest of the people can figure it out.
In order for this story to disappear, expect non stop Russia Russia Russia for a few days on the “news” shows.

We don’t know that he’s in a cell. He could be sitting in someone’s office for all we know. Getting served a nice brekkie and waited on hand and foot.
