Right my mistake. I did watch the NCIS NO on demand this morning not the other mistyped and that segment on Spectrum is gone. I normally avoid the show due to poor actors and fake accents.
Theory:
It is *possible* that those segments were added at the last minute for the broadcast version but were not in the original cut.
If the Q team was involved, they would not want the Q version lying around FAKEWOOD for the weeks leading up to the episode airing. They might just insert it at the last minute. The original may be the one that goes to the streaming services and it may not have gotten the extra inserted scene.
Just a guess.
