The coat is different. A different shade and lumpier. Note the notch on the bottom! The man on her arm is different.
The face looks different. However She is still a shabby looking old lady. (Maybe she had a blood transfusion?)
My daughter would Tell me “stop it Daddy! Shes an old lady, leave her alone!”

The notch at the bottom of the coat looks like a photo anomaly, unzipped or something. She’s surrounded by a few assistants, they can change places so different man on arm doesn’t signify. Different shade of color is because of lighting/processing or whatever, to me it is clearly the same coat, same shoes, same pants, same scarf, and freaking same day!!! :-) IMHO the photo from “2019” may have been shopped to make her standing upright (for the first time in years). An exaggeration to prove to us “See???? SHE’S PERFECTLY FINE!”

On the coat, the part at bottom, that is three strips’ width long, is closed.
Left pic:
On the coat, that bottom part is open due to her leg position.
Difference in the two pics (other than her head being up or down) is the pattern on the scarf; left pic has white X’s on it, while right pic has a different pattern on it (Paisley?)
