I have figured for a long time that sooner or later Paki and India would go for it. Hopefully India would destroy Paki in such a war.

I do not think that either side would be able to eliminate the other. There is also a low key Border war going on between India and China and China would probably try to take advantage of any war with Pakistan by advancing their claims in the disputed area.
