It’s clear the “2019” photo and/or video is from 2018.
If there were any current photos or videos of her they’d be plastered all over the known universe.
Unless lying she’s on a gurney with an oxygen tank.

Or, they hired a doppelgänger to put on her clothes for the new picture. I say that because in the “recent” picture she can miraculously hold her head up. Don’t know what’s going on but there is definitely something nefarious going on.
If the media says RBG was in court and asked a question, there is no way the conservatives on the SC wouldn’t know that was a lie. They also would recognize a double. I don’t believe she is healthy but why aren’t they speaking up.
