Or, they hired a doppelgänger to put on her clothes for the new picture. I say that because in the “recent” picture she can miraculously hold her head up. Don’t know what’s going on but there is definitely something nefarious going on.
I’m thinking the photo of RBG with head up may be photo shopped. I’m not a techie to know but maybe someone else can tell.
