CBS journalist Lara Logan on Friday unleashed a blistering, uncensored attack on the extreme liberal bias polluting America's news outlets. Logan derided the “horses**t” “propagandist” press that had no interest in fairness.
Appearing on Mike Drop, the podcast of former Navy SEAL Mike Ritland, the foreign affairs correspondent and occasional 60 Minutes reporter berated slanted coverage in a way rarely seen by those in the mainstream press: “We’ve become political activists in a sense. And some could argue, propagandists, right?” Logan’s outburst came after noting former New York Times executive editor Jill Abramson's admission that the paper publishes “raw opinion” against Donald Trump.
Not holding back, Logan totally agreed with the idea that the press was hard-left:
The media everywhere is mostly liberal. Not just in the U.S. But in this country, 85 percent of journalists are registered Democrats. So that’s just a fact, right?... So the facts are on the side of what you just stated. Most journalists are left or liberal or Democrat or whatever word you want to give it. I always joke about the other 14 percent were too lazy to register. And there’s maybe one percent that’s on the right.

Certainly a distraction, but keep in mind this is a podcast. It’s not shot for television but recorded for streaming. I think this was released because of her statement about the media. give her a break
Lara Logan WAS raped at Tahrir Square by a crowd of Muslim men celebrating the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood to power in Egypt. She was in the crowd, covering Egypt and generally Obama/Brennan’s mid-east regime change efforts of the “Arab Spring.”
I guess at some point she confronted the cognitive dissonance and great contradictions of the leftist beliefs she may have held herself and certainly saw throughout her entire industry.

In February of 2011, Logan was sexually assaulted — and nearly murdered — by numerous men in Cairo, Egypt, while reporting on the ousting of then-Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. She shared some details of the attack’s nature.“Piece by piece, they tore all my clothing off, and just tore my body almost to pieces, and tore my insides apart,” recounted Logan. “I saw people taking pictures. … I remember fighting, being raped, and being able to sometimes push people away, and then I remember just realizing that there were too many of them — and it was over and over and over again — and that there was always someone else when you could fight one person.”
