They simply define most "terrorist" attacks as "right wing".
For example, they include neo-nazis as "right wing". But Nazis were a middle of the road left wing organization until after WWII, when they were demonized as "right-wing".
They include Islamic attacks as "right wing" because they are religous fundamentalists.
The classify leftist terrorist attacks for Puerto Rico nationalism as nationalist, rather than left-wing.
They classify anti-government attacks as "right wing".
