Set one on the back of of your john.

Put tape over the lens until you have just the right amount of light to see where to pee, but not enough to wake you up.

When I get woken up having the need to pee...I'm woke and the amount of light, at that point, doesn't matter.
Thus the 'getting back to sleep' issue that tends to follow.
