I’d picked up this thread this morning fully expecting a Mardi Gras parade of ‘rats/NeverTrumpers celebrating their giant Gotcha and what do I see?

So, I went digging.
First, according to https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-joint-resolution/31/text that bill still shows as “Sent to President” which would indicate to the casual observer that it HAS NOT been signed.
Or maybe somebody in Congress just wanted to kinda hide the whole thing until they figure their next play after Trump dropped this signing statement in their laps:

I’m not a lawyer but to these old eyes I can’t recall a more scholarly, nuanced and measured takedown of a bunch of pompous [BLEEPS].
Read through it yourself. Pass it along to your friends.

Maybe by delaying the signing of the bill, POTUS negates all the legal stay papers filed by the Dems. They may have listed Feb 15 as the signing date...which would be WRONG. So they would have to re-date and refine all their paperwork— AFTER President’s Day.
He gains 5 days before he can be stopped.
President says he signed...then he kills them by telling them he wont do\follow stuff cause it aint constitutional.

Pardon the epoxy-like aged brain of mine, but I am not sure I get what you are stating in this post.
The White House web site states: President Donald J. Trump Signed H.J.Res. 31 into Law ... Issued on: February 15, 2019. Whatever the game may be, I sure hope POTUS has them all by the short hairs.
