What about all those photos that (to me anyway) seemed clearly about getting someone?
There are a couple of pics from March of 2018, one of a street view from above - either a drone? or a camera on a tall building that says, “Snowden spotted in Hong Kong” and then some more of the outside of what appears to be an apartment building, with “Snowden Up All Night Running” as the title. And this at the bottom :”
Someone was up all night running.
