Here is The 701 Baristo address. Did they mispell the address to throw people off their ownership? Not certain how to approach the issue of ownership. Partnership? County or city Tax records? might just give the partnership & partnership contact info, not all the partner info Esp if a LTD partnership. OK...IF address misspelled"

Ok. I could not resolve the discrepancy regarding the street addresses. I am fairly confident that this is the address in Palm Springs because no address for Barstow in Palm Springs was located
The company that owns Palm Spring Tennis club is Vacation Resorts International. The properties in the resort are time share units. You can own a timeshare or go and rent the units.
MWs Financial Disclosure form indicated that the propertY (ies) at 301 Barstow Palm Springs was (Were) valued at: JT$15,001 - $50,000 None (No income)
So if they had timeshares in 2017 they generated no income (Or non reported Cash income?)

The timesharecompany lists a sale of a a 2 bedroom 2 bath timeshare in week 39 (End of September for $5000. Annual maintainance fees are $700. This would be in line with a two or thre week timeshare.
So, the report on this property...I am pretty confident that that Maxine and spouse hold a Time share for more than one week at this property. They are probably did not rent them out in 1917 because they did not indicate any income
(Alternatively they are not declaring income that is generated? But there is no way to determine this...)
