Tell me if you find out. RedGreen is US Army Corps of Engineers, but I don’t know what the “Blue” part is.

RedBlueGreen is Ginsburg (RBG).

If the defense in a court hearing is guaranteed a hung jury, it would certainly alter the way and amount of evidence is presented. Some evidence can be held in reserve for the next trail. My thought is that the defense (the United States of America in this case, Attorney General Barr is lead counsel) would have standing to know if the court will be fully jurored during arguments.

A 4-4 tie on the SCOTUS is the equivalent of a hung jury.
