What news channel, if any, have you found worth watching? Is there one out there that’s somewhat professional and polished?
I’d also like recommendations for a radio talk-show during the 9am-noon Eastern time hours if anyone cares to share. Yes, I did listen to Ingraham then as my only alternative. But now it’s pretty slim pickings. Now I usually just listen to podcasts of my favorite minister-sermons. They make me feel better - but I do miss discussions of current events.

I have Dish network so i do not have any conservative news channels besides Fox. Fox is not conservative.
So I cannot recommend anything on Dish. However, my stress level is much lower since turning off the kabuki theatre.
Bottom line: commentary lacking common sense or intelligence is an infomercial.
If you go to talkstreamlive.com, they have hundreds of conservative radio shows with an hour by hour schedule showing everything available at that hour. Excellent resource.

I don’t know of one AM show worth listening to...locally Ingrham was replaced by Hugh Hewitt, who is painful to listen to.
Wish Bongino was available.
I have gone to podcasts. Bongino, and a number of the new guys as well as podcasts from the Hoover Institute, Jordan Peterson, Manhattan Institute and some from Heritage foundation.

I have been happy with Bill O’Reilly’s podcast(BOR.com). 30 minutes or so 4 days a week plus daily email I do not watch, but have heard good things about OANN - One America News Network.
RedEye Radio not on 9a-12p but just found them on Talkstreamlive https://www.talkstreamlive.com/
They are excellent at deconstructing the lefts arguments and laying out the truth They are based out of Dallas and are an overnight broadcast.
