Congratulations to the cops. They managed to resolve this wretched mess without killing any dogs (or people), or tasing anyone in the genitals.
Other police agencies should study their techniques, and learn from them.

Take away her car keys and dinner plates.

“[Police] located Gerber in the parking lot of Grissom Middle School.”
On her way to school, no doubt.

For your info.
As per your analysis in situations like this, there is no way this person can fit into a normal family and society.

"Gerber was taken into custody on one count of resisting law enforcement, two counts of intimidation and one count of unlawful use of a police radio.
A no contact order has been issued in this case."
Wonder if she'll honor that "no contact order".

I am completely Pro-Life. Hardcore.
I oppose any designation of a human as a “useless eater”.
I oppose euthanasia by government or medical professionals.
But, honestly, I have no idea what we are supposed to do with 28-year olds like this. Mental institution, I guess. But those places would overflow if we actually put all of the hopeless people there. We just have so many hopeless people now.

The only good thing about that scary photo is that it draws attention away from the poorly written article. Where was the editor for this piece?

This might help keep things in perspective, for anyone who has ever had minor squabbles with their adult children. :)
