Doesn't putting in the GenTeal Gel drops help? When mine are really, really bad I put them in at night.
No they don’t help that much. When I’m really dry, nothing helps. It doesn’t even feel like I’m putting drops in.
I keep drops and a humidifier by my bed, and I have to get up every couple hours and put some in. Luckily I wake up when the burning feeling starts or is at least strong enough to wake me.
