A federal grand jury indicted Taryn Corrine Henthorn, 25, of Middlebourne on Feb. 5 on three counts of “threatening to kill the President of the United States,” on Facebook and elsewhere. She faces up to five years in prison and a fine up to $250,000 for each count.


25 and already going to the pen.

Wish I was the sentencing judge.

Ms. Henthorn, you are hereby sentenced to 30 days in federal prison, reduced for any time served while in custody. I will now waive any remaining time in prison. This is not leniency on my part.

I will, however, assess the FULL PENALTY of $750,000 for your crimes. Please see the clerk on your way out to arrange a payment plan. Dismissed
