My first thought on reading this was it’s related to the Mueller reveal.

Way back there was a Q drop outlining the steps when the Special Council released it’s findings - Blackhat roundups, POTUS Emergency Message and internet goes dark.

Wondering if Russia is preparing... April is the right time frame.

Q warned a few times about comms and internet going dark. I remember a few months back my internet AND CELL DATA went out at the same time. It was eery and made me realize how dependent I and others are on these comms.

I ditched my landline years and years ago. I always thought if there's a cable internet outage, I have the cell phone data as a backup. When both went out I could see how a panic could bubble up.

If I have time, I'll track down the Q posts where Q warns of the internet going dark. However in #2617 of qanon.pub Q says it 'possible' for NSA to take control.
