personally, I keep coming back to how no name & his foundation executive, David Kramer's real roles in all this.

could Kramer have co authored the dossier along with fellow Russian specialist Nel Ohr?

Glenn Simpson (FusionGPS) and his wife Mary Jacoby wrote the dossier years ago in an article in the WSJ (even including role of Manafort). The “pee pee” part came through Rick Wilson from 4ch.
