I recall the builder in charge of constructing the Panama canal was the subject of almost universal ridicule.

The French tried to build a Panama canal for years, but failed, largely because so many workers were dying of yellow fever. When the Americans took it over, the first thing they did was wipe out yellow fever, first by killing mosquitos and then by quarantining the remaining isolated cases.

THEN they built the Panama Canal.

Today's yellow fever is the Illuminati cabal. Trump's taking care of it.
