Did anyone else notice this? The husband and I watched the SOTU over Fox News. Slightly after the 1:27 mark, the president turns to his rear and looks up several feet at a camera and nods. Some sort of signal? I asked my husband last night what he thought, but he had not noticed this.

I saw that motion of the President’s also. Maybe a GO signal? A nod to Fox viewers?
