The number of Asian kids admitted to the citys specialized high schools would plummet by roughly half under City Halls proposed admissions revamp, according to a new report.
The analysis by the nonpartisan Independent Budget Office found that Asians would get 31 percent of offers under the proposal compared to the 61 percent who enrolled as freshmen for the 2017-2018 school year.

Well, as long as the liberals push affirmative action of one sort or another, Asian students will be discriminated against, so as to provide space for less qualified black and Hispanic and other ethnicities.
Also I demand that the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for the performing arts allow admission for the tone deaf, color blind and completely arhythmic in proportion to their numbers in society.

New York area private schools should offer admittance and needs-based scholarships to every Asian kid who is discriminated against. They should also forthrightly denounce New York Public Schools as racist and brand themselves as the non-racist alternative.
