No, but I have seen the leftovers of the 4th of July Party on the Sandbar...the one the locals took to court to make it stop. It was insane! Buncha rednecks on their pontoon boats and too much beer!!
Been a while for me but the residents get on their boats and slowly go around Torch (CCW) for a couple hours at sunset. Really peaceful. Usually every SAT in late summer.
