This is located 300 a block east of Michigan Avenue on the North Side of the River. Not a really bad area in my recollection. I am not seeing anything like a MAGA hat (It is dark.) Must have been after the attack. No rope or bottle of bleach. Seriously? ...Trump people wandering around Chicago after 1:30 am? With Rope and bleach?
