Quibble: Every cell in his body has been replaced since the time the photo was taken. Experiences that have shape him as an individual has changed the person he is now.
So he can shimmy around the issue by claiming that he wasn’t in the picture, after apologizing.
On the other hand.
It is his page in the yearbook. If he disagreed with its content, he probably had the option of changing it before it wa published. People do stupid things when they are immature, especially teens.
Unfortunately for him, the picture was of him as an adult in medical school. Unfortunate for him his statements about aborting children after birth were delivered while Governor last month.
He needs to be removed from office.
