After seeing the video:

There are a couple of misstatements in the article.

There were no “They”. One cop had her by the arm. She had also grabbed the cop’s jacket. She was being dragged along (on her feet, but resisting).

The cop with the collapsable baton was passing her (walking rapidly in the opposite direction she is being pulled toward) from front to back, when he gives her a backhanded stroke with the baton (she has on a hardhat) and she collapses.

She appears to be knocked out.

Jack boots do these kinds of things to instill fear. Not sure why the yellow vests would not simply follow what they did in 1793-1794 and be done with it.
