Shows that the law will expire 10 years from enactment, which would be in December 2026.
Although, in the original Bill, it was funded $20 million for FY17-18. I haven’t dug deep enough to see if it was funded for FY19 (probably in the last NDAA).
If not, the funding would have expired October 1, 2018. That doesn’t mean the State Dept didn’t move some money around to keep the project going though.
