Weird photo at the link. Did she dress herself? Is her jacket up around her ears because she's held up by an aerial harness, like the ones theaters use to make the Peter Pan character appear to "fly" over the audience? No one told her her jacket was trying to get away?

Either there's a block and tackle under her jacket to keep her from wobbling and falling over, or her colostomy bag is trying to escape.

You have to sit on the back of your jacket on TV or it slides up to your ears. There was a funny scene in the movie Network News where Albert Brooks is doing his debut on the anchor desk and he doesn’t know this and his jacket starts riding up and then he starts sweating profusely and looks ridiculous.
