It could. I was only focusing on one “little” unknown-to-me company I saw during reading the info in Part One, Kleiner Perkins, and who is associated with it.
It seems that the venture capital group which was tied in with Rahm Emanuel and the Feinstein Family to facilitate bribes, kick backs, etc. is, at least to my eyes, a possible major funding channel for CIA to the big Silicone Valley hi tech companies: Google, Apple, etc.

There’s an article making the rounds now that seems to be the Deep State’s effort to get ahead of any damaging videos by showing, using Obama as an example, how videos can be doctored to make it seem like officials said things they would NEVER say!
