The recent announcement for the China arrests and indictments were interesting. They said these were being probed for at least 10 years. That means it was being hidden and ignored for 10 years. It also means it has taken over 2 years to get the GO clearance. These investigations are records compilation. All done on computers, just like any CPA does. Federal Prosecutors are lawyers.
