Small excerpt of your reply:

The “Women in Red” project has to do with the need to turn red links about women into blue links so there is information available about them.

So.... not sure if Wikipedia is Derp or not. Your research is giving me hope that it isn’t altogether Derp.

When I saw that Sat morning I sort of watched it out of the corner of my eye and didn’t pay it full attention.

Rewatching the video my eye caught that symbol for the Women and Red program so it was nice to come back to see you had done a lot of legwork on it.

It would be nice to be able to trust information sources, but sadly, we can’t. I use Wiki links in my posts sometimes but only meant for a general introduction to a subject.

Pruitt is an interesting individual, and much more to his story than was mentioned.

Could you imagine sitting down and conversing with that guy after he has spent decades researching various subjects.

Maybe he should go on the Jeopardy! TV game show.

Here is his Wiki persona:

I’m glad I saved you a little time!

LOL! I know for sure I’d want him on MY Trivia team!

I agree about care with sourcing. I know that Wikipedia is not the end all of sources, but there is just so much low hanging fruit there, that I do like to use it for at least departure points and shallow digs.
