A judge has ruled that the Rockefeller Foundation can be sued for $1 Billion for the syphilis experiments they did back when.

If the Rockerfeller foundation can be sued for those experiments all these years later, could this be setting a precedent to sue other big entities for MKUlta, vaccines, children whose blood or stem fluids were used against their will, etc.?
