See, that's the thing. The commies know there are far too many people that won't do the slightest bit of research into the duly enumerated powers and responsibilities of the House, specifically the Speaker, and the President. With them proclaiming "Pelosi cancels the SOTU," it makes people absolutely believe that she has more power than she really does.
