Oh planning started last year. All they have to do is fine tune and do the final walk throughs. I’m sure the speech was canned a month ago and just has a few lines left to see what happens over the next week. If it doesn’t happen I think that will say even more about how F’d up Congress has become.

I think it happens on schedule and is likely one of the most viewed of all time. Now what surprises are coming I have absolutely no clue.... but that’s ok by me.
