I am thinking RBG was still alive when Nancy Pelosi originally invited POTUS to make his SOTU speech...

And RBG has since died and all hell would break loose if WE know RBG is dead and POTUS gets to nominate yet another Supreme Court Justice (Amy Barrett, the catholic lady judge)...

Supremes are always at SOTU (I feel certain someone will correct me if I am wrong on this fact)...

so Nancy is told by her DS handlers/fellow bad people to cancel, reschedule whatever so WE won’t know she is dead.

POTUS of course knows this and is just trolling her by the back and forth, letter, junket canceling, commercial flying suggesting...

but that really did not work, now did it???

So, Nancy can delay, Trump now will deliver SOTU once shutdown is over...

They can’t have a normal SOTU without RBG, they can’t announce her death because muh another Trump SCOTUS nomination, and Trump knows all this and is going to win massive BIGLY...

Some, but not all, justices attend the State of the Union speech.

I think the State of the Union is being postponed because of wishes of the president and the good guys. I believe Pelosi is just playing her part in negotiations to have the Noose on the side of her neck instead of the back.
