I am really only guessing but GV was really out of the public eye for a long time then suddenly she is on a host of talk shows with Anderson Cooper. Why at 92?
Also, why was this article released on Monday, January 21, 2019? The timing of this with the blind item is interesting to me.

I had seen the word “moot” used only as an adjective and not as a noun. So I did a search and found it on freedictionary.com.

Now we know what the Maestro was really saying.'
He proves his decode by introducing something completely unrelated to the tweet or Q drop he's decoding and loses me every time. I still follow because he fascinates me and I keep hoping that one of these days some light will go on in my head and I'll finally understand. But deep down, I'm not buying it.
