Cryptococcus neoformans and C. gattii. The species grow on pigeon droppings and on other media. Usually harmless, but can be a sever issue when causing infection.

I walked through about 200 yards of crow shit on the way into the hospital. There were easily 1,000 crows that congregated every night in the trees over our parking lot.
