In our area, there is a company called Baker Commodities that leaves similar collection bins around in kitchens for used grease and food waste. They pick the bins up periodically and reprocess the grease for other uses. I’ve been to their plant to repair their copy machine. The smell was one of the worst I’ve ever endured.
