There’s Yer Problem
She should be working at a “Subway” making sammiches for people.
Didn’t James Cash Penney also go through this?
There are people, even working in advertising, who don’t know what ‘New Coke’ refers to, or why it’s not a good thing. Serves ‘em right.
The wife and I are both changing next time we’re at the store.
I long for the days when ads just told us about the PRODUCT being advertised.
Car ads say more about life style than they do about the cars.
This Gillette ad is ludicrous.
.
Gee, with a portfolio like that, what could possibly go wrong? /s
yup not buying them anymore. fuch em.
But while it has amassed 85,000 likes, it has also racked up 347,000 dislikes
...
That’s after about 1 million dislikes were deleted.
Couple of f’uglies right there.
Gotta be woke if you can’t be feminine.
Some loser soy boy will go for them.
Just switched to Harry’s today.
Through out all the Gillette stuff in my house, three mach III razors and blades.
Also, going to the gym working on improving my toxic masculinity.
This will be remembered as one of the most offensive and financially catastrophic ad campaigns of all time.
It didn’t tackle the theme of toxic masculinity.
It was a hateful, sexist, racist commercial.
Well in some ways its a blessing.
They have outed themselves and now we know, we know we’re not gonna buy their stuff anymore. No one company has a monopoly on anything an average, normal consumer buys.
So being a normal guy is now a ‘social ill’. Got it. Can concentration camps be far behind?
Last I saw 521,000 dislikes vs.
They must have every liberal they can find voting up. They’ve apparently been deleting a whole LOT of comments.

Even with their heavy editing it ain’t going well for them.
Goodbye Gillette. Brilliant.
I posted this in another thread...
Many TV ads are anti-male, specifically white men. It is one of the reasons why I cut my cable. Liberal women are in positions of power at many ad agencies and this is the result. I recall about 10 years ago reading an article where one woman stated that TV ads are based on her (and her staffs) experiences and how she wants to promote a female agenda. It was that blatant.
Many ads have shown the liberal female element. I recall one about 2-3 years ago for a female product (hair-related I believe) where it instructed women to stop saying sorry to men in daily activities. I know a few good-natured females who contacted the company at the time and complained about the theme. In it, women were told not to say sorry to men (example: a man and woman accidentally bump in a supermarket. The result: only the woman says sorry). A stupid premise that can only hurt females not based on anything realistic. To sell a product.
Bye bye Gillette products though I usually get competitors but that will be universal now.
