He responded to a physical assault by a female by pushing and then punching her. Equal rights and women are the same as men and all that...
Why should he walk away when he was assaulted and defended himself? He didn’t “escalate” he responded in kind.
Don’t assault someone bigger, and a man, if you can’t handle being treated the same.
I’ve taught my daughters to defend themselves. Also taught them not to hit a man if they’re not ready to get hit back.
We’re all equal now...no special consideration for females anymore.

A minor can kill me just as easily as a non-minor. Where do you draw the line? I draw the line when I think my life is in danger or the lives of those I love. Nothing else matters to me.
I don’t care what others think on this topic only what I think and if I am threatened in any way I will respond in kind. Then, get a good lawyer because our justice system today is so slanted towards youth, minorities, etc. that the rest of us are screwed. From one extreme to the opposite extreme, neither being justice.
