These people attended a seminar in how to buy and sell properties. It’s a marketing scam. No one is going to pay you cash for your house.
I knew ONE GUY who did this. He was a beast. He basically flipped about 4 houses and then had enough money to play with in cash. He would literally ring doorbells of houses that he wanted and offer them the cash - Then and there - to sell to him.
At his price.
I get those for my “rural” parcel in Az too. I chased those down and they are reselling these sight unseen for the “very cheap” price of 30k to city people back east.
Least they could do is make a “fair” offer since they are going to ask 30k for it.

yes, all with simple but correct grammar and vocabulary, all normal american english, very well edited to avoid any mistakes.

LOL as long as ive been on this site it still amazes me how many grammer nazis there are here. i know ive personally insulted dozens with my lack of caps and punct... but its what pleases me :)

They look for desperate sellers with older non updated homes that they can get at a great price. Bring in their contractor friend who does the repairs, updates the kitchen to granite counter tops, paints, hardwood floors, whatever it takes to get it presentable for a sale.
These guys pay cash, like I said, they will pool money from a Hard Money Lender who is looking to make 5 or 6 points on 5 months use of their cash.

Yep. I’ve read a few of those how-to-make-big-money real estate books. It all boils down to one thing: Find a home owner who is in serious trouble (divorce, health issues, etc.) then take advantage of him.
I’d rather go for the big bucks the old fashioned way: Wait until the Powerball is over $500 million, then buy a ticket.
The stinking Chinese. You see rather crummy looking ones who don’t even speak English offering shopping bags of greenbacks as payment for houses around here. I was warned by my attorney not to accept this, as he’s seen cases of counterfeit money offered. One has to wonder, seeing that these people look like they just came off the boat, how on earth could they pony up $250,000 and up in cash for a house or a co-op apartment, when you’ve worked all your life and couldn’t do it. Where is that money REALLY coming from? I heard Commie China shunts it through the Chinese churches here, who supplies it to these scum.

3- Most likely they are house flippers and have a financing/funding sources
D- Those house flipper/we buy houses people don’t try to buy houses they try to steal them.
