To me it reads like @Storm is Upon Us found an Anon post that is probably from a spy

My apologies - the more detailed my post, the more likely I’m to be unclear. Yes the question posted to 8ch was a deep state shill trying to find out what Q’s plans were.
Note that Haberman tweeted on 2018 Mar 19
“OH boarding train at Penn Station: “I have a million dollars. I don’t have an extra million dollars, that’s all I have.””
which was just a tweet...not a response to anybody.
And “Q” has no post for haberman that week - “Q” was changing trip codes. I didn’t check the forbidden city for any decode of that tweet that week.
Haberman then used OH again with her tweet of 11/20/2018 which was just a tweet not a response.

Guessing OH stands for “Over heard” ? and people think this 11/20/2018 Haberman tweet is a code. But the 03/19/2018 tweet isn’t ?

I think that both are codes. The one regarding the phones are for emergencies only was to alert the derps that they needed to limit their communication - network potentially compromised - was the decode that I saw.
Q was noting that derps were nervous and using phones/whatever network a lot.
When I see OH, I can’t help thinking about the trafficking that is going through Ohio-a rat-line of many things perhaps, but I could be wrong.
I haven’t seen anything decoding the million dollar tweet, but I’m sure it is a message.
