Really, huh?!? Well, that's most interesting. Actually, I just started to dangle my leg but will incorporate the movement.
I had lost weight by practically starving (hey, when you can't move to burn calories, you have to starve). The knee has improved from 18 months ago but I threw caution out the window when that same side's shoulder started hurting and have put weight back on the past few months. And now that side's heel is killing me. If it's not one thing it's another. Would like one day with nothing hurting.

Actually intermittent fasting is one of the best ways to lose weight. Insulin levels raise when you eat-especially sugars and carbs. Insulin tells your body to store fat. So not eating works.
Check out Dr. Fung’s Videos on YouTube. He explains the whole thing. He works with morbidly obese-it’s been a while since I read his book or watched the Videos.
I sympathize. Had shoulder problem, which I solved using physical therapy exercise I found on the web. Heel pain so bad I couldn’t walk.
I finally figured out that when I stood at the sink, I was putting a lot of pressure on my heels, and then other stuff I noticed and read.
Shoe inserts, mats on concrete kitchen floor, and no more walking barefoot seems to have cured that for now.
