Correct.
You have to be very uninformed and completely disconnected to believe that Q is in the prediction business. It takes a very frail to nonexistent grasp on the Q drops to think that. Or perhaps you may understand indeed but are intentionally being deceptive.
So, either stupid or dishonest. Neither are anything to brag about.
