She has been working from home as she recovers. Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Ginsburg still planned to “participate” in the cases by reading the briefs, filings and transcripts from Monday’s session.
NOTE: Ginsburg isn’t even writing her decisions, her lefty law clerks & staff do it for her. The opinions are already in the can and ready to go before the hearing is even had. Thus she needn’t be there, she needn’t be present for oral arguments, etc., etc., etc. This is a travesty of justice.
