Cold be 30ft or 45 ft length for ease of transport on a flat bet truck.

High tensile steel 6 inches and more in diameter...those 45 ft lengths should be just great....set 15 ft in cement.

Or spare train tracks would work OK

Used in Australia ..called a Stobie pole...indestructable:
