Not sure I’m buying all this. Were the parking lots full and the drivers wanted a space, and thus the obscenities and pretend refueling?
OTOH, jobs seem to depend on “enforcing” laws to “prevent” this....
Nine states and several cities have enacted laws prohibiting gasoline- and diesel-powered vehicles from parking in front of EV charging stations, including Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Oregon, Rhode Island and Washington.
I’m not going to trust Big Media without question on this just because their attractive headline isn’t specifically about politics.

I suspect some of these guys were totally unaware of what the Tesla charger was. Probably thought it was some kind of advertisement, if they thought anything at all.

Nine states and several cities have enacted laws prohibiting gasoline- and diesel-powered vehicles from parking in front of EV charging stations, including Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Oregon, Rhode Island and Washington. One wouldn't think there'd be a need for such a law, but then along comes a few jack wagons who decide to hassle some stranger so they can't refuel their car. These same morons would take offense if someone barricaded the diesel pumps. God, people can be such idiots.
Here's a real simple rule for living; if you can't help someone, at least leave them the f*** alone.

The way I look at this, show me pictures of an angry crowd in front of their trucks blocking the chargers or it didn't happen. As I posted on this thread, at least one picture of trucks blocking the chargers aren't even blocking them. The chargers are across an island from the row of parked trucks. I really think somebody is trying to stir up an issue where there isn't one. Who could be behind this? Here's the
lead vegan whacko linked from the article.
